How do I know if an item is available?
- Go to the home page and enter the delivery or pick-up address.
- Click on one of the products available in your area.
- Enter your rental dates
If you can select a period, the article is available for that date!

If your request is urgent or if you wish to provide us with information (times, etc.) before booking, click on the "Contact the provider" button on the page of the product you wish to book.
How does delivery work?
Our Trusted providers deliver 7 days a week to the location of your choice (home, Airbnb, station, airport...).
Simply enter the delivery address on the payment page.
Your Trusted provider will contact you within 24 hours of your reservation to arrange a delivery date.
How much does delivery cost?
Generally ranging from €10 to €30, delivery charges include delivery AND collection.
They are calculated when you enter your delivery address on the payment page.
Can I collect my items myself so I don't have to pay for delivery?
Yes, all you have to do is check "Free pick-up at the rental company" on the page of the product you wish to rent.
Your Trusted provider will contact you within 24 hours to arrange a pick-up appointment.
You will also receive his contact details by email immediately after booking.
What if the Trusted provider is not available?
If your Trusted provider is unable to meet your request, we will refund your order in full.
In all cases, you will be notified within 24 hours and our customer service department will do everything in its power to find you an alternative solution.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order up to 48 hours before the start of your rental period.
In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of your order, with the exception of the platform fee.
Can I pay by cash or cheque?
All orders must be paid for by credit card on the website, at the time of booking.
